- Led early design and validation of a critical stamped acoustic component through design iterations on NX, robust prototypes, and experimental tests.
- Performed tolerance and Monte Carlo analyses for complex assembly gaps to create robust designs for high-volume manufacturing.
- Designed CNC’d fixtures and ran FEA analysis for vendor and module reliability testing of new component geometry and material.
- Managed DFM of novel components with international vendors to validate manufacturability of new geometries.
