My portfolio: www.anushrigupta.com (If you send me a connection request, I'd love for you to add a note and let me know why!) ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Mercury Jan 2024 – Present | New York, United States Spend Management ### Product Designer ll @ Mercury Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area Credit and Debit Cards ### Product Designer l @ Nearside Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area • Worked in a cross functional engineering, product and design team to create and build financial tools for small businesses across desktop web, mobile web, Android and iOS. • Led design for a new instant account funding feature which was used 3000+ times with a transaction volume of $445,000+ within 3 months after launch. • Strongly advocated for a seamless user experience during an internal bank partner migration. • Performed an audit of applicable user touch-points and proposed additional design affordances to address anticipated user confusion. • Increased checkout conversion for a new business filing product by 4 times through incremental design improvements, an enhanced checkout experience and integration of social proof. • Redefined information architecture for money movement methods by proposing user friendly alternatives, running a usability test with 20 users and presenting results to senior leadership. • Created and published over 20 new components for the Nearside design system and participated in a weekly review to evaluate new design patterns.
