I am a Product and strategic designer keen on creating an impact for people, businesses, and the environment. From identifying the right problem to developing, testing, and implementing a product. In my opinion, design is a team sport with my coworkers, users, and stakeholders. Therefore, I like working in an environment where I can create multidisciplinary collaboration and mutual learning. I am a pleasant and easy-going colleague, who can feel comfortable working remotely or on-site in the middle of the team. Led the redesign of the workflow editor, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

Successfully integrated the XTM and XTRF design teams, aligning the design process for both entities.

Led the rebranding initiative and creation of the XTM design component system, establishing a unified and consistent visual language for XTM Cloud.

Speaheaded the redesign of the workflow editor, resulting in increased efficiency and user satisfaction.

Led design, research, and strategy for key AI features (LQA & Style Guide) that eliminated manual error correction and enhanced AI quality, boosting localization team productivity.

Designed the Review Center, fostering collaboration and driving new user sign-ups.
