I enjoy solving technical problems, researching and developing new technologies, designing software applications for different platforms. I had a great project experience while working for Architectonics, in building a scalable end to end networking platform in MERN stack. While working at Architectonics, I was also involved in implementing user experience and design thinking approaches to identify pain points in the existing solution while mentoring a group of 3 interns and reviewing their code to ensure coding standards were maintained. My zeal for problem solving motivated me to take up the position of Customer Service Technician, an campus position at my university. This position currently allows me to provide technical support to users of Northeastern's vast network of IT services, helping users on a daily basis while honing my communication skills. The projects I've done in the course of my subjects taken at Northeastern range from developing an end to end application that brings healthcare and emergency services under one umbrella to developing a database design structure to track covid-19 tests and their results in a particular university model. I am currently taking courses that strengthen my core data structures and algorithm knowledge while learning new technologies that are employed today in the world of web development.
