Working on the global Pluralsight web platform with a user base of over 8 million learners.
Previously led the product research and design for Skill IQ, the platform’s benchmarking skill assessment tool and market differentiator.
The result of my research and designs led to 49% increase of funnel traffic to Skill IQ experience and increased assessment completions, as well as an increase in positive qualitative feedback from customers.
Currently leading the design and research to bring more value to the Home page and simplify the navigation. As well as uncovering ways our users can integrate into AI platforms.
Also assisted the Design Ops team to establish and streamline research process and documentation practices. As well as performed strategy research and design across the platform to enhance the entire end to end experience for our users.

Hired as part of the firm’s transition to Agile and Product teams, with their new emphasis on the end user experience and growing UX team.
Worked on the firm’s Rebalancer product to enhance workflow and experience. Rebalancer is the critical key product for analyzing and proposing investor trades.
In addition to working on the Rebalancer product, collaborated as a liaison between Product Designers and DesignOps team to evolve pattern libraries and design consistency.
Worked with various teams to solve the needs for the general public as well as internal Customer Service agents to help participants enroll in Medicare and Healthcare insurance plans through our
online Marketplace and internal tooling.
Researched and designed a Unified Shopping Cart experience which merged the shopping carts of three separate enrollment products, enhacing user experiences while conforming to Design Patterns.
This Unified Shopping Cart is a reusable Micro Frontend built as a React web application.
Nominated and selected to be part of the Innovation Catalyst program, helping teach teams throughout the company ways to innovate on current projects.
Working across multiple product areas to create new web-based applications and enhance existing desktop applications. New task-based web applications are designed to be part of a newly envisioned web platform (now SmartStudio), connecting the suite of applications and helping studios and productions share data with a streamlined workflow.
Was the key interaction designer on the new SmartTravel application. This application transformed a paper and email dependent process into a simple online experience.
With EP's acquisition of Ease Entertainment, I researched and designed a new flow for the next generation payroll application, not only merging the features and functionality of both company's payroll products but also enhancing the previous experiences.
Also enhanced our Scenechronize product which is a document management system for studios/productions.
