•Built a program that processes satellite datasets through recursive methods and allow for scientists to efficiently generate parameter values utilized in related research.
•Devised an algorithm that simulates fluid dynamics from scratch to replace existing fluid flow generating Python modules. Generated raster models of processed satellite data with corresponding map coordinates to model on the Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS).
•Lead discussion of results and project design of existing research with the lead scientists and post-doctoral researchers to coordinate project and improve research on ice-ocean interaction for NASA’s Ocean Melting Greenland mission.
•Published an abstract on the American Geophysical Union (AGU) journal and displayed project at the AGU Fall 2018 Meeting at NASA Headquarters, Washington DC.
