Freshchat is a sales intelligence messaging software incorporating seamless data into customer engagement that any sales teams will love to have. As the Head of Design, I led a 4 member team comprising of Researchers, UX Designer, and a Visual Designer. I was part of the product lifecycle emerging from ideation to launch.
