As part of the project, I: o Thoroughly researched the energy ecosystem of the state to identify clean energy industry clusters with tremendous scope for development – Solar and Smart Building products. o Interviewed key stakeholders including Governor of Pennsylvania, job creators, lobbyists, non-profits, academics and local governments to identify gaps in their collective efforts to expand these industry clusters to create jobs. o Proposed innovative, effective and practical policy recommendations to increase the demand and manufacturing capacity for Solar and Smart Building products in the state. ### Intern and Research Assistant @ Innovations for Poverty Action Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Zambia, United States Worked on qualitative research, quantitative analysis and survey design of a large scale Randomized Control Trial related to seasonal credit in rural Zambia. Traveled to more than 30 remote villages of Zambia interviewing people in focus groups. Understood various consumption smoothing mechanisms exercised by rural households and the impacts of loan programs on their decisions. ### Design Engineer @ Intel Corporation Jan 2011 – Jan 2013 Was part of Validation team validating cache coherency of Intel's Skylake Server processor. Developed C++ and Specman based components which helped the team find bugs with increased efficiency at an earlier stage of the project.
