At Mastercard Digital Labs, I turn ideas into working prototypes, fast. In 2 to 5 day design sprints with clients, we co-create digital products that go from concept to clickable in days.

I lead experience design across rapid-fire collaborations with engineers, product leads, and stakeholders, translating business needs into smart, human-centered solutions. Whether it’s a fintech tool or B2B platform, I help teams align, ideate, and build momentum with designs that feel real, and move fast.

• Helped design and launch Credit goals, a new CreditWise feature, and several credit line products
• Collaborated with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs, then translated them into engaging, simple, and intuitive design solutions and understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product interface and experience for the credit score tracking app CreditWise, as well as work on their Line management hub of products
• Advocated for the customer through human centered design methods, including: discovery, research, ideation, and user testing

At Mastercard, I was responsible for creating high fidelity demos for the North American Click to Pay team that were shared with leadership and customers. I delivered designs that got built and understood the importance of working within constraints. I also helped with testing and validating concepts to help the designs become usable and understandable.

### Maker of Weathertunes and Yet Another Spending Tracker / UX Design Consultant @ Self employed / UX Design Consultant

I created, coded, designed and launched two apps on the app store. One is called Yet Another Spending Tracker and…you guessed it, tracks your spending. You can currently find it on the app store.
The other was part weather app, part music app. The app anticipated listener’s music mood based on current weather conditions with an option to customize the music styles and preferences. Unfortunately the API’s were discontinued and was no longer able to maintain it.

I also consulted with various companies such as startup Magpie for their UX needs, including providing thought leadership, and translating various requirements into solid concepts and deliverables.

As the UX Designer at Tablet Hotels I was responsible for the user experience of all aspects of their online assets, including leading the creation of their first app, which was an app of the day on the app store, and converting their old site with usability issues into a modern responsive site.

- Kraft Foods Group, Inc. – Worked on a team designing a web-based recipe site.

- Tribal Worldwide Agency – Worked on a team which built a B2B for Exxon Mobile.
- Trojan Condoms – Worked on the developing team for the first mobile app.
- BlueBite – Used a creative approach to building NFC enabled Campaign Engagement Tracking. My role included: IA, Interaction Design, Storytelling, Visual Design, and Animation.
