This project involved gathering requirements from stakeholders, owning technical design, and managing complexity – to implement this change in a live Kotlin service without causing downtime or unexpected downstream impact. Successful handoff locked in a major client contract. (1.5 month project, Kotlin, jOOQ, gRPC, Ruby/Rails, Temporal) • Led PARS/PAPS tracker projects – self-serve tools for Flexport clients, carriers, dispatchers, and truckers to check the cross-border customs clearance status between Canada/US. This feature helped Flexport close a deal with a strategic high-volume Canadian client, allowing Flexport to expand cross border offerings.
