Created this start-up company to provide creative and strategic solutions to our clients in the mobile, web, and print space. I was responsible for daily business operations, client relations, gathering functional and business requirements, billing, overseeing projects, and managing resources. I was the consultant for dozens of web and mobile projects.

• Engaged clients to define user and business requirements, scenarios and overall strategy. Created Low and High Fidelity prototypes as well as composed the technical documentation for the user interface and experience.

• Served as the project manager for several highly rated mobile projects that have been published on the iOS app store. Led the project through planning, researching, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Managed the creative development department, overseeing and producing websites, backend UI, frontend UX, interactive applications, mobile applications, business and creative strategy.
