Geo-spatial analyst - Used ArcGIS 10.2.2 to analyse NYC PLUTO, Zillow, NYC Open Data shapefiles for Quarterly Manhattan Market Reports, Neighborhood Reports, and Neighborhood Strength Index report. Also used GIS to draw customized neighborhoods for Manhattan, Washington DC and Brooklyn areas to update to Compass website. With these we can carry out customized searches for listings in particular neighborhoods on the Compass website.
Used CartoDB & Mapbox to make interactive dynamic maps for the Compass Research Blog  (going live in June 2015). Learnt HTML 5 and PostGIS on the job to help create dynamic maps on CartoDB.
Helped the New Development Department to come up with new and dynamic ways to map the upcoming developments in Manhattan with Google Maps. This new mapping system has helped the New Development department to become more collaborative and creative.

Data Gathering & Analysis-  Acquired datasets from ACS (Fact finder website), NYC Open Data, NYS transportation website, NYC PLUTO etc. to conduct analysis for New York City, Washington DC and Florida State. Data cleaning for FOIL request datasets from governmental organisations such as NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene & NYC Department of City Planning.
