Took on long term placements with Microsoft, Southern California Edison, and T-Mobile, leading product design efforts for internal tools, customer facing journeys, and workflow management systems. Collaborated with cross functional teams to ship scalable solutions across web and native platforms.

• Provided UX design support for Microsoft’s Supply Chain Operations portal.

• Designed an onboarding configurator allowing users to build onboarding processes without engineering support.

• Created an end-to-end test platform for configuring and executing test scenarios.

• Led design for a new workspace focused on workflow management and process mapping.

• Collaborated with product and supply chain teams to design an internal procurement tool.

• Streamlined the procurement process by replacing informal, email-based workflows.

• Worked on the Product Design & Innovation team for the account management portal.

• Designed native iOS & Android payments features and a web redesign.

Spent the summer interning at Amazon Web Services and learned about their "peculiar" work culture and acquired a deep understanding of the AWS operations that help support their entire cloud platform and a wide variety of services. Worked in the datacenter and learned about how different servers differentiate based on the cloud service they were supporting. Performed rack installations, isolation testing, and other host troubleshooting procedures by consoling into hosts. Learned how AWS operates on an end to end basis and what the bigger picture looks like from data center to the end user using the cloud platform.
