Responsible for teams building out Feed, Search & Discovery, Content creator tools, Partnerships, Buy/sell Marketplace, Home Services Marketplace, Maps, Recommendations, Connections. Also driving the future of Nextdoor's suite of business products, ad technology platform. Oversee a team of incredibly talented product designers, content designers, user researchers, and brand designers.

I led the product design, strategy, and execution for one of the largest and most critical areas of the business. Transformed a traditional luxury distribution business tool into Asia's leading mobile app commerce, resulting in a 310% increase in company revenue. I am responsible for the people, processes, and frameworks behind design decisions—as well as the mixed usability testing methods that informed those decisions. I directly led the team through successful launches in China and Japan. Responsible for multi-time zone daily collaboration with Singapore, Hong Kong, and London to ensure step-change in the design process, practices, design system efforts.
