# Arnav Jain > Building Cursor for AI Observability & Evaluation @ Arize AI Location: Berkeley, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/arnavjain Learning new programming languages and development techniques are just as important to me as the success of your organization is crucial to you. I did my best work in summer 2023 at Amazon where I was responsible for digesting an immense code base for the Alexa Smart Home team and creating a metrics collection pipeline for their Echo Show and Fire TV products. I was able to asynchronously emit user metrics for voice and touch invocations of the Alexa Smart Home Dashboard which invites 240 million requests per month. After achieving this goal, I took on the responsibility of a level 2 software engineer to create a Business Intelligence (BI) pipeline which collects, processes, and transports the metrics in real-time to AWS Athena (an interactive query service to analyze data in AWS S3). I am seeking software engineering roles where I can use my past internship experience, technical design team involvement, and rigorous coursework.
