⬩Led the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that moved NBA TopShot's Pack NFTs onto the Flow Blockchain as well as improve NFT scarcity.

⬩Oversaw design and engineering of a new multi-tenant application for our Global Football (Soccer) team using the Skeleton Toolchain.

⬩Successfully pitched a design system through the creation and socialization of a proof of concept which set out to prove that we could accelerate time to market through the creation of a Design System.

⬩Founded, architected and built the Skeleton Design System, a fully customizable and composable set of toolkits for multi-tenant applications within Dapper Consumer Products Studio.

⬩Managed external design and software development contractors tasked with contributing to the Skeleton Design System.

⬩Contributed to the launch of NFL ALL DAY’s Secondary Marketplace as a core individual contributor.

⬩Implemented CI/CD with GitHub Workflows and led visual regression testing vendor audit efforts.

⬩Authored the first Odyssey Product Roadmap and led Odyssey office hours for knowledge sharing.

⬩Rebuilt the Odyssey documentation website using Vue and proposed consistent content models for component pages.

⬩Socialized accessibility best practices and authored a11y guides for our designers and engineers to develop high quality and accessible products features to our customers.

⬩Developed proof of concepts on Design Tokens, Theming Architecture, Dark Mode and Brand Design evolution.

⬩As a design team member, I guided engineers in establishing a unified and inclusive front-end technology stack. This involved conducting research and exploring areas such as Web Components and Accessibility to determine the best path forward given our product requirements.
