⬩Managed internal designers and contractors, as well as engineers, throughout multiple product development cycles. Our primary objective was to transform our young design system into a dependable and refined solution.
⬩Led the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that moved NBA TopShot's Pack NFTs onto the Flow Blockchain as well as improve NFT scarcity.
⬩Oversaw design and engineering of a new multi-tenant application for our Global Football (Soccer) team using the Skeleton Toolchain.
