● Integrating the mechanical systems , machine vision, HMI interface and the build framework to automate the sewing of finished pillowcases from raw product.
● Re-architecture of core build and development of implementation tools for faster transition of robots into production environment , including signal filtering, outlier detection , logging and localizing.
● Using the ROS framework and Opensource python modules to achieve to cycle time and up-time specifications
● Responsible for preparing the robot for customer demos and maintaining robots in the field
● Developed computer vision modules to add functionality to existing camera drivers, improving the localization process and translating design specifications to machine vision requirements
