And having fun creating marketing/advertising campaigns and events. ### Group Creative Director, Enterprise @ NVIDIA Jan 2015 – Jan 2025 | Santa Clara Hired as the first Group Creative Director for NVIDIA’s Enterprise AI offerings, I led creative direction, design, and team management across campaigns, product launches, and events spanning generative AI, accelerated computing, data center, HPC, metaverse, digital twins, self-driving cars, and robotics. I guided the creative strategy and execution for every data center GPU, CPU, DPU, and Auto/Robotics architecture launch (including Blackwell and Rubin) as well as all Enterprise hardware and software launches, including DGX, HGX, MGX, Spectrum, Quantum, Inference, and Quantum Computing. I also led the creative and art direction of 3D renders and animations that brought complex Enterprise datacenter products to life. AI played a key role in my creative process, and I oversaw the global creative direction of CEO Jensen Huang's GTC keynotes, including the innovative “Kitchen Keynotes” during the COVID lockdown, while building scalable production workflows and managing hundreds of assets. I directed high-profile events like hand-delivering DGX-1 systems to Elon Musk and Ilya Sutskever at OpenAI (a moment that helped catalyze the beginnings of ChatGPT), Fei-Fei Li at Stanford, and Mass General Hospital. Mentoring was central to my work, contributing to NVIDIA’s official mentoring program each year to support and grow creative and marketing talent. ### Creative Director/Head of Creative Services @ NetApp Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | Sunnyvale, CA I led the Creative Services team to deliver marketing campaigns, events, and brand experiences. We built a unified design system (including new photography, icon libraries, digital templates, and social media standards) and redesigned NetApp.com through a data-driven, iterative process in only three months. We drove creative execution for major initiatives such as global campaigns, product launches, and events, achieving a 2x–4x performance lift on emails and landing pages, including the company's top-performing page that slashed lead capture costs from $400+ to $35. We also reimagined partner marketing assets, workspace design, and merchandise programs, even designing NetApp’s first on-campus merchandise store. By redefining team roles, investing in skill development, and streamlining operations with cloud-based tools, my team became a strategic creative partner, successfully executing over 2,000 projects annually. ### Creative Director @ Cisco Systems Jan 2001 – Jan 2013 | San Jose, CA I led the evolution of the company’s brand identity system (including the design of the current Cisco logo), aligning brand strategy with business goals to create cohesive design systems across all media.
