Launched a multi-user segment education platform to help customers improve their financial health, rolled out a cross-channel, digital experience that enables non-Chase customers to access a robust suite of products & services without having a bank account or loan, and led a research & development user experience team responsible for validating product concepts to determine user need and market fit.
Launched a cross line-of-business account opening platform which added 1 million new deposit accounts within the first 90 days of its release, launched the Starbucks Pre-paid debit card to expand Chase’s and Starbucks’ customer base, defined the product strategy for a multi-product shopping experience, and received Chase’s Five Keys award for exceeding expectations for launching the account opening platform.
Led the ground up redesign of the account opening user experiences for all of Chase’s retail and wealth management products, led and received a United States patent for a cross-product digital payment user experience for web, tablet and mobile.
Led all user experience projects for J.P. Morgan's Investor Services, managed the development of our UX design system, oversaw all user research initiatives with our global clients, partnered with business partners to develop native applications for our performance management clients, and received the Innovation in Banking Technology Award for digital dashboards used by Securities Lending clients.
