Senior Application Analyst, Epic OpTime & Anesthesia

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of the perioperative and anesthesia workflows.

• Partner with perioperative services, anesthesia leadership, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate clinical needs into Epic build.

• Design and optimize workflows including case scheduling, intraoperative documentation, anesthesia records, and clinical orders to support safe and efficient patient care.

• Serve as Upgrade Lead for biannual Epic Nova/SU upgrades, reviewing release notes, updating test scripts, and coordinating cross-functional validation.
