# Arun J. > Product: Zoom Apps & Marketplace Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/arunj Design-led, taste-forward and craft-oriented. I build AI platforms, products, and developer ecosystems, and I care about product craft. I've shipped over 200 APIs and events, built a realtime streaming platform for AI developers, and carry product design and growth sensibilities alongside technical depth. I'm comfortable leading complex product initiatives from UX to WebSocket infrastructure to large-scale PLG projects, with 10+ patent filings to show for it. At Zoom, I'm the founding PM for Realtime Media Streams (RTMS), an agent-native developer platform for AI builders. RTMS delivers realtime audio, video, transcript and chat streams via Websocket APIs. We secured large enterprise commitments in beta and after launching are on track for meaningful ARR impact. I also led the Zoom Apps platform from zero, contributing to Marketplace growth to 3,100+ public apps and a larger number of enterprise second-party apps, and pitched the $100M Zoom Apps Fund (now Zoom Ventures). Before Zoom, I reversed Pinterest's first-ever quarterly MAU decline and drove recovery to 335M global MAUs ahead of their IPO. At LinkedIn, I was a founding member of the LinkedIn Learning PM team. We migrated Lynda.com's $100M+ consumer subscription business into LinkedIn and grew activations 150%+ YoY. I started my career as employee #<10 at SlideShare, where I designed and coded the front-end, optimized for SEO and distribution levers. Organic traffic went from a few thousand to 100M+ monthly visitors. LinkedIn acquired us for $119M. What I bring: → Agent-native AI infrastructure: I understand what building for AI builders looks like from the inside → Marketplace strategy at scale towards 3,100+ third-party apps → Product-led growth across consumer and enterprise (Pinterest, LinkedIn Learning, SlideShare) → Developer ecosystem strategy: APIs, SDKs, MCPs, Connectors, partner programs → 10+ patent filings (5 granted) in AI collaboration, in-meeting experiences, and content discovery → A design background that shows up in how I build products for distribution and growth. ## Work Experience ### Group Product Manager: Zoom Apps & Marketplace @ Zoom Jan 2020 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States Founding PM: Launch RTMS 0→1, a monetized conversational AI platform for developers to build upon Zoom, with an elevated UX for customers.
