Team: Campus Switching

Project: Network Analytics Engine (Aruba OS - CX) for Aruba 8400 Core aggregation switch.

• A modern switch OS that paved a way to introduce analytics inside the switching platform

• Designed and implemented an intelligent monitoring system to analyze anomalies happening in the switch

• The method helped advance 1000+ customers to understand the business more effectively

Responsibilities:

• Worked on the implementation of the infrastructure that enabled NAE to monitor important

parameters inside the switch and take better actions in case if the conditions specified in the

monitoring system is satisfied

• Designed and Implemented data pipelines to process notification events at high scale

• Implemented a command line feature using C to add support for the admins to update the

python agents running on the switch

• Worked on bug fixes, feature testing (using Python), unit testing(Python) and documentation for several features

Project: Root Cause Analysis

• Created prototype for enabling Root Cause Analysis decreasing network downtime by 30% and troubleshooting time by 50%

• Developed anomalous network data classification (Machine Learning) framework and visualized its relationship tree in real-time

• Prototype augments the Network Analytics Engine in ARUBA 8400 Campus Switch improving the overall workflow of network administrators
