Developed a data tool to retrieve crucial information from a support file database. Automated the typesetting of documents in LaTeX from various data sources by building a general purpose typesetter module in python. Involved in development of fix packs for the IBM XGS and Proventia GX based on customer issues and new vulnerabilities.
