Borrower team – Designed and led initiatives to improve borrower experience on Blend’s flagship mortgage product.
Led a 3-person team to build a complex feature into legacy code, significantly reducing the time for customers to customize inputs to the mortgage product from 4 weeks to just one day using React and MongoDB.
Developed a reusable layout component that optimized the creation of new web pages, with widespread adoption across all Blend Mortgage pages

Delivered 5% increase in annual net subscribers by designing and developing upsell modals
Worked cross functionally to enable users to purchase multiple Intuit products simultaneously
Developed a new sign up interface with React and Redux for all QuickBooks Online Accountant sign ups
Simplified the process of adding new end to end tests in our CI/CD pipeline by refactoring tests using Nightwatch.js
Reduced server side errors from 5% to 1% by introducing session timers
Developed a scalable payment system that eased the onboarding of new payment processors
Created multiple UI components that stakeholders could customize, reducing time needed for stakeholders to create new sign-up flows from up to 2 weeks to less than 1 day
