Led a team of 6 developers and 2 designers to deliver a successful rewrite of GraduateNU's core services and launch both Alpha and Beta versions within ~10 months of part-time work(10 hours/week).

Actively gathered user feedback through user interviews and accessible feedback channels, enabling us to iterate on the application and address user suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests.

Orchestrated a Beta version launch, resulting in an influx of ~2300 unique visits and ~400 user sign-ups within just 1 week.

Led a group of developers to redesign and rewrite GraduateNU's core services, resulting in enhanced performance, scalability, and user experience.

Collaborated with the Project Lead to scope out technical work in sprints.

Collaborated with a team of developers to continue the development of a platform that allows students to plan out their classes and degree at Northeastern.

Implemented a NestJS server with JWT authentication support to persist student and plans data.

Setup production and staging infrastructure that runs the server and frontend application in Docker containers on AWS ECS.
