Havn is a dating app with STI verification. In addition to tinder like match-making feature, it allows users to easily access and privately share STI test results with their partner in order to have safer/informed sex. STI test results are directly fetched from hospital or physician, hence can't be forged.

### Lead User Experience Designer @ CrowdMed
Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | San Francisco Bay Area
CrowdMed is a website crowdsourcing medical diagnosis and treatment solutions. Backed by YC, NEA, Greylocks, Kholsa and SV.  I was there for the forth year of the company. My role was focused on cleaning up 3 years' design debt and improving metrics.

- Conducted product/heuristic analysis to nail down gaps existing between user expectations and product functionality
- Conducted qualitative research to list down pain points
- Analyzed impact of UXUI bugs on metrics
- Set out strategy to fix all the pain points and redesign the product/website
- Started redesign sprint along with fixing existing platform
- Improved features' functionality, UI and & visual Design
- Tracked feature performance and performed A/B testing 
- Designed Monetization/Sales features and doubled paid customers

Worked on Tata and Mahindra in-car audio systems. Tata is India's largest automobile company and Mahindra is India's largest SUV manufacturing company. Worked on wide range (High to low tech) audio systems.
