•UI development (CSS/HTML on some pull requests, bug fixes)
•Ensuring our product follows our “fast, obvious, forgiving” design principles, through:
•Providing high impact feedback in design reviews
•Identifying UX defects and existing usability issues in the product, and recommending improvements
•Participating in customer research to understand requirements and validate designs
•Recommending updates to design guidelines and processes
•Mentoring and training others on the team to develop their UX skills
