In my previous role as a UX consultant, I had the opportunity to tackle problems within diverse domains, including life insurance, logistics and, furniture data management among others. And before that, I was solving problems as a UX engineer. It was then that I found my calling for product design - I had questions about whom we were building for, and what problem we were solving and would find no answers.
