As a Sr. Staff Product Designer at Ripple, I've led impactful, data-informed projects that have significantly enhanced customer experiences. From streamlining payment processes to optimizing the impact of user interactions with the Technical Support portal, I've focused on delivering practical solutions that address real customer needs. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging customer insights, and applying a Design Thinking mindset, I've developed thought-provoking Payment Strategies, like architecting a cohesive UX Vision that aligns with Ripple's long-term objectives. My commitment to user-centric design has not only deepened the customer experience but also contributed to measurable business outcomes, spanning revenue growth and operational efficiency. Previously, at Intuit, I designed payroll experiences that empowered small business owners and accountants. I also volunteered at the Innovation Catalyst, helped internal teams and external organizations incorporate innovative practices and solve problems in big, bold, and efficient ways. Outside of work, I've organized Creative Group Meetups, bringing together both professionals at the Kongu UX Design Group Leader for 10 years.
