Spearheaded design for an AI-powered enterprise SAAS to automate corporate financial operations.

Mobilised processes, built and maintained a unifying design language and design systems. Mentored 4 designers, formalised handoffs, and initiated weekly design jams to increase cross-team transparency.

Rapidly iterated upon interactive AI prototypes and conducted generative and evaluative research.

Led the revamp and relaunch of Contour, a digital Letter of Credit platform established by eight banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered, and BNP (acquired by Xalts in 2024)

Expanded product features from Letters of Credit to Bank Guarantees, e-Bills of Lading and Shipping Documentation. Transitioned the payment model from subscription-based to usage-based within 3 months, improving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Built tools for high-profile clients, including Cathay Pacific, Lanson Place and HSBC. Managed end-to-end design projects, presented to key stakeholders, and conducted workshops for universities. Collaborated closely with sales, business, and development teams to create accessible long-term products.

Led design for Carbonbase's B2B SAAS platform that enabled corporates to handle carbon emission management, analysis and offsetting. Built ESG / SDG focused B2B2C sustainability verticals in partnership with HSBC, New World Development, Wah Kwong, JEB Group. Mentored junior designers and directed research, design systems, analytics, and branding efforts.

Carbonbase was incubated by Polychain Capital's Genesis Program in Silicon Valley, accepted into the MiraclePlus (formerly YC China)'s Future Stars program, as well as a part of New World Impact Kommons, an SDG focused impact accelerator by New World Development Group .

Carbonbase and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) launched an NFT platform for the conservation of endangered species. Led design for the NFT platform, projects with Soho House Hong Kong, the Academy Awards 2021, the CRED token, the Sustainable Bitcoin Standard, and a Polygon-based on-chain carbon registry.

Carried out research under Dr H.F. Ting ( Department of Computer Science, HKU) on developing Machine Learning Tools for financial trading and analysis. Created and tested Python tools for portfolio risk analysis and performance prediction as possible explorative research areas.
