The user base was mostly dealers who didn't have prior habits or knowledge of using the mobile application in their field. Worked with the product manager during different sprints on different pages or screens of the mobile application. Redesigned the GST, Product Card section, and onboarding section. Conducted user testing and integrated that feedback and handed the prototype to the FTE. This helped create a much better experience for the users where we saw a hike in onboarding by 60%.
