# Ashwarya Subhluxmi > Design Leader | Portfolio Strategy & AI Transformation | Financial Marketplace Systems for 140 million users. Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/ashwarya I drive product direction that translates into measurable business impact, grounded in real member behavior, not assumptions, and executed through strong design, data, and AI. I lead design at Credit Karma across multi billion dollar marketplace systems spanning credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and home, serving over 140 million members. My role is not limited to designing screens. It is to identify where the product should win and align teams to make it happen. Across these systems, I have: • Reduced critical drop offs from 50 percent to 10 percent by accelerating time to value. • Driven 300 percent revenue growth in Personal Loans by creating personalized marketplaces for different user segments. • Led redesigns adding over 1 million dollars plus in monthly revenue in Insurance, vertical with the highest TAM • Scaled product direction across billion dollar plus verticals including Home, Auto, and Cards My approach is consistent: • Start with the business goal • Ground decisions in real member behavior through research and data • Identify the constraint blocking value • Align cross functional teams through strong relationships and clear direction • Execute with a focus on reducing friction, increasing clarity, and building trust I do not optimize for aesthetics. I optimize for time to value, conversion, and user confidence. I am known for two things: • Strong relationships that unlock alignment • Credible data that builds conviction Strong relationships plus credible data leads to alignment and impact. Alongside this, I actively build and operationalize AI into products and teams, turning AI from a feature into a system that improves decision making, speed, and scale. Outside of Credit Karma, I offer design consulting at UX Signal Studio, where I help a select number of startups to turn unclear products into high conversion systems. I help companies decide what to build and make it drive revenue. Most teams are very good at building the wrong thing. I fix that. ## Work Experience ### Manager 2, Product Design @ Credit Karma Jan 2026 – Present I lead AI transformation and revenue strategy across Credit Karma’s financial marketplace (140M+ members), spanning Cards, Loans, Insurance, and Home.
