1. Primary business contact for the customer.
2. Worked with the customer in finalizing requirements, identifying gaps.
3. Worked with development team to come up with custom solutions for the problems identified by the customer that is inline with the product scope.
4. Explained the proposed solution to the customer to get their go ahead on the development.
5. Developed test cases and performed quality assurance to ensure smooth delivery of the product.
6. Helped in quick turnovers for defects found during UAT phase.

Tasks include:
1. Schedule and lead weekly calls.
2. Understand and replicate issues reported.
3. Estimate and prepare Functional specifications for new features and change requests
4. Communicate to the development team and make sure the release goes on schedule
5. Test monthly releases and sign off before each release
