Designed and developed a trace mechanism system which leveraged the existing debuggability feature.

The project aimed at combining traces from multiple modules, filtering it and sending to Control plane from Data plane (forwarding plane).

The traces were viewable from command line terminal and stored in a file mounted on filesystem.

This reduced the efforts involved in debugging by providing a centralized view of traces ( in Control Plane) from all modules on the Packet forwarding Engine.
