- Collaborated with product managers and designers to identify engagement gaps for high-frequency (“power”) users and define UX opportunities to improve the end-to-end learning experience for the Trailhead platform. 

- Identified and interviewed 10+ power users, updated personas, and created journey and flow analyses that highlight friction points across navigation, discovery, and learning progression. 

- Conducted secondary research and a competitive analysis of leading learning platforms to uncover strategic UX improvement areas that will guide upcoming redesign recommendations.

### Product Designer @ RTV, Inc - Real Tour Vision

- Lead user research through interviews, support ticket analysis, and journey mapping to uncover recurring UX issues across customers, photographers, and business users. 

- Designed the complete user flow and UI for a new Photo Editing feature, and currently leading the full redesign of the SaaS platform to improve new-user retention and support new  features. 

- Improved onboarding and self-service support by redesigning documentation and in-product guidance, reducing repetitive support queries and increasing platform clarity.
