Graduated with Masters in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania specialising in Machine Learning. 

Gained research and practical experience in vision centric deep learning through research internships during undergrad. Prior to this, also worked as a Software Engineer gaining knowledge about the architecture and scalability of a software acquiring skills for both frontend and backend development. 

My current interests lie in the interdisciplinary domain of machine learning and psychology - focusing on human subjects' behavioural research using Natural Language Processing. 

I am interested in all opportunities that allow me to integrate my machine learning experience to combat societal issues and I believe in contributing towards this field for the greater good. I am actively looking for full time opportunities in the domain of Machine Learning.

### Software Engineer @ Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Jan 2023 – Present | Seattle, Washington, United States
- Full stack: code/design algorithms, infrastructural enhancements, debugging for requirements in team-owned product. 
- Developing APIs and integrating frameworks like DDB, State machines, Lambdas, etc. using NodeJs, React, Python, typescript. 
- Delivering production ready code with comprehensive unit/integration testing and documentation, software performance metrics, setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, handling and quick resolution of customer issues as part of on-call tasks. 
- Set up new packages and introduced pytest unit testing for Glue scripts and large-scale DB systems significantly improving user-experience and product efficacy.

### Graduate Research Assistant @ University of Pennsylvania

Worked on Uncertainty quantification with Dr. Osbert Bastani
- Studied different uncertainty measures such as aleatoric and epistemic in a given dataset
- Utilized neural ensemble techniques and MC Dropout for dealing with adversarial examples in classification problems
- Synthesized a dataset which would help in distinguishing between the two uncertainty measures and decrease confidence of adversarial data points.

- Worked towards predicting depression in individuals by studying the behavioral patterns through text message sentiment analysis over a series of weeks.
