### Illustrator @ ROOTS
Jan 2025 – Present
A 200-page art book that sparks people's curiosity about conflict through personal stories from peace activists.
- Illustration: 50+ waterclor paintings 
- Research: 6 sources for 3 footnotes
- Edit: 60 pages for clarity
- Event: 3 events for 14 audiences, collecting book improvement feedback

### Project Management Director @ 180 Degrees Consulting Minerva
Jan 2024 – Present | San Francisco, CA
- Onboarding: Developed a project timeline, system manual, and 10-page training content for 24 members
- Organization: Managing Google Drive & Monday.com alongside bi-weekly mentorship with 3 PMs (Adobe, startup, NGO) 
- Event & Motivation: Launched monthly cross-team sharing sessions among 8 project managers, surveyed consultants' motivation

### Milestone and Experiential Program Design Intern @ Minerva University

Redesigned student engagement program in collaboration with the student life team.
- Research: interviewed 20 students and analyzed 120 survey responses 
- Presentation: Produced 12-slide recommendation deck and 16-page proposal for program vision

- Event Design: Improved and planned 15 extracurricular events, resulting in AI event proposal projected to attract 50 students

- UX Design: Engineered a Python-based raffle webapp that automates ticket draws and attendance tracking from Excel data

- Event Planning: Developed scalable event concepts for an educational program, attracting 30 local participants.  
- Research: Conducted 7 interviews to analyze aesthetic interactions, enhancing event differentiation. Researched catering and cutlery rentals from 30 sources, optimizing logistics for events.  
- Team Management: Managed a team of 3, leading 13 meetings to deliver four comprehensive presentation proposals.

### Design Intern @ Asian Women's Shelter

- Research: 10+ sources about domestic violence in CA
- Video: Produced a 3-minute live-scribing video calling for donations to the NGO

### Event Designer @ IIam (Fashion Event)

• Event Planning: Led a team of 6 in planning and executing events, achieving over 30 attendees with 100% positive feedback.  
• Research: Conducted 80+ street interviews to gauge consumer preferences, influencing a successful event theme.  
• Fundraising: Secured $600 in funding from the Tokyo Government for a bias-free fashion initiative.
