Implemented transactional email notifications via SendGrid, ensuring reliable communication to all parties following payment events. ### Software Engineer @ Logixboard Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Remote Joined as a Fullstack Engineer providing an even split of value between our React frontend and our backend systems. Transitioned to exclusively backend working on our core systems, which encompassed our infrastructure and third party integrations. In this capacity as a Backend Engineer, I worked with a variety of AWS Services (Lambda, Kinesis, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, RDS and others) along with our primary datastore of PostgreSQL and deployment tool of choice Terraform. I became a subject matter expert on many of our internal systems along with the services listed above and was a key force in accelerating the engineering team. I also helped us integrate with other third party systems and helped to architect our core systems to easily facilitate this process.
