• Led and scaled the Palo Design System across 70+ micro apps, driving adoption from 20% to 75% by designing 80+ scalable components, patterns, and foundations that improved platform consistency, accessibility, and speed to implementation.

• Drove the evolution of the DS, Agentic experiences, Data Visualization ecosystem - including component architecture, design tokens, patterns, accessibility, documentation, and the Palo DS website—to improve usability, consistency, and design-to-dev workflows.

• Strengthened organizational alignment through UX strategy, governance, workshops, design ops planning, and Palo office hours, helping teams reduce design debt and accelerate delivery.

• Collaborated closely with engineering teams to modernize implementation (AG Grid, React Table, token architecture) enabling scalable, performant, and accessible UI foundations across the platform.

• Partnered with design and engineering teams from 3 acquisitions to onboard products into the design system, enabling faster UX integration and reducing fragmentation across the portfolio.

• Led the research and design for Edifecs Population Payment Management. Collaborated with the product and engineering teams to ship multiple features over 2 years.

• Set up a User Research Program, conducted the first usability study at Edifecs and assisted the team in redesigning the Transaction Management Application which increased the efficiency by 5%.

• Worked closely with different product and dev teams to collaborate on Edifecs Blake Design System and launch the new Design System.

• Conducted user research, designed micro-interactions for insurance claim processing forms (CMS- 1500 and UB-04), a part of Edifecs Transaction Management(TM) Correction UI as a UX Intern in collaboration with the cross-product team.

• Conducted contextual inquiries and user interviews to design Power BI Dashboards for the Azure data warehouse used for inventory management at Fluke Corporation Global Materials Organization.

• Designed the interaction environment for a VR Robot Designer Game under Project EMAR

• Researched and designed a Traffic Incident Management and Congestion Management (TIM-CM) system to address traffic congestion problem in Seattle in collaboration with Challenge Seattle, Washington State Department of Transport (WSDOT), Seattle Department of Transport(SDOT), King County Metro; a project funded by Challenge Seattle, WSDOT and SDOT.
