Portfolio: http://atharvanaik.com/ ## Work Experience ### Sr. Staff UX Designer - Platform Experience (Design Systems) @ Palo Alto Networks Jan 2022 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area - Led and scaled the Palo Design System across 70+ micro apps, driving adoption from 20% to 75% by designing 80+ scalable components, patterns, and foundations that improved platform consistency, accessibility, and speed to implementation. - Drove the evolution of the DS, Agentic experiences, Data Visualization ecosystem - including component architecture, design tokens, patterns, accessibility, documentation, and the Palo DS website—to improve usability, consistency, and design-to-dev workflows. - Strengthened organizational alignment through UX strategy, governance, workshops, design ops planning, and Palo office hours, helping teams reduce design debt and accelerate delivery. - Collaborated closely with engineering teams to modernize implementation (AG Grid, React Table, token architecture) enabling scalable, performant, and accessible UI foundations across the platform. - Partnered with design and engineering teams from 3 acquisitions to onboard products into the design system, enabling faster UX integration and reducing fragmentation across the portfolio. ### UX Designer @ Edifecs Jan 2019 – Jan 2022 | Greater Seattle Area - Led the research and design for Edifecs Population Payment Management.
