Some of the highlights were: Ordering Failure Tool: Worked on a tool that re-provisioned failed orders automatically for a smooth customer experience, which saved revenue by helping the TAC team and reducing the customer wait time to a few hours. Merchant Of Record (MoR) POCs: Explored many alternatives for MoR pain points in the purchase flow by performing integrations with various payment gateways. Vidcast integration: Integrated with the Vidcast team and facilitated the onboarding of users seamlessly into Vidcast using the existing onboarding process of Cisco Webex. Also graded and helped students complete their final projects ### Software Engineer @ Cisco Jan 2015 – Jan 2019 | Bengaluru Area, India Worked as a Front-End developer and technical lead for various projects across the Channel Partner Onboarding portfolio at Cisco. My most cherished contributions at Cisco are my involvement with Partner Territory Management and Partner Locator. In regards to Partner Territory Management, I developed an end-to-end system as an alternative to the existing Channel Territory Tool - reducing the number of records in the database from 70 million to 1 million. In the latter project, my team and I worked on the re-architecture of Partner Locator that led to a reduction of nil search results from 35 % to less than 5 %. This reduction streamlined customer search results, allowed them to find relevant partners, and hence contributed to Cisco’s growth. These projects honed my ability to spot problems and develop logical, targeted, and goal-oriented results. Took part in Cisco’s AI Innovation Challenge for the first time. Service renewals constitute a recurring revenue opportunity in excess of $8 billion annually for Cisco. Ultimately, the model could predict the renewal of a service contract with a log loss of 0.65.
