Hi! I’m Auboni, a product designer based in the Bay Area with a love for creating experiences and solving problems. 👩🏽‍💻 🌁

I work at sikka.ai, where I lead design across multiple products, including practice business and operational analytics dashboards, internal and partner-facing enterprise platforms, and a healthcare payments application built on Clover POS. My role involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, data science, and customer success to take ideas from early exploration through launch and iteration.

At sikka.ai, I enjoy working through complex problems and challenging existing experiences to improve clarity and help users feel more informed and at ease in their day-to-day workflows. More recently, this has included exploring AI-assisted and data-driven approaches to surface insights and support decision-making, alongside reinforcing strong user experience frameworks throughout product development.

• Introduced usability testing to the design process at the company by recruiting internal stakeholders for feedback on two existing products.
• Initiated and conducted product-focused customer interviews for two key accounts to gain insights and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Designed data visualization and KPI dashboards for desktop interfaces, optimizing user experience, and developed payment applications for Clover Flex 3 and Clover Mini 3.
• Redesigned key user flows of two existing products to improve functionality, speeding up the process by 30%.
