I joined this e-commerce brand during a pivot phase when they needed to understand
their customers better and fix conversion problems in the purchase flow. My role was
part product designer, part analyst—redesigning the platform while also building the
analytics infrastructure to track what was actually working. A couple of my chief
achievements in this role include:
• Platform Redesign & Growth: I increased customer acquisition by 32% over
two months and hit a 10% conversion rate by modernizing the platform and
repositioning the brand based on customer behavior analysis. We identified
where people were dropping off in the funnel and redesigned those touchpoints
to reduce friction.
• Customer Analytics Foundation: I built tracking for acquisition cost, retention,
and lifetime value, then used segmentation modeling to figure out which
customer groups were most valuable. This gave the team a foundation for
deciding where to invest marketing dollars and which products to emphasize.
