* Led frontend development of Twitch's first native sponsorship products including Streamer-Read Ads (inline scripts for streamers to read on behalf of advertisers)

* Led fullstack development of Sponsorships on Creator Dashboard (a native sponsorship dashboard for creators to sign sponsorship contracts and manage their sponsorships)

* Maintain existing sponsorship features including Bounty Board, Channel Skins which include working with sales representatives to assist with client issues, oncall toil

* Maintain and build services that power the frontpage of twitch.tv's carousel (including Featured Content, backfill recommendations for creators)

* Pioneered new promotional product offerings including Boost Challenges, Community Boost which enable viewers to help promote their favorite creators to the frontpage (patent approved)

* Partnered with applied data scientists to integrate CTR prediction models deployed via Sagemaker to choose best promotions to recommend to viewers

* Led and spec'd out the work to create a new ad format on Twitch called Stream Display Ads -- the first non-interruptive ad format on Twitch that would be shown to viewers without blocking or muting the stream content that pays creators. Part of an Amazon S-Team goal

* Worked on TwitchCon 2019 D-team projects to help push a company-wide goal to encourage creators to run more ads and improve the overall ad experience

* Led the frontend development effort of Picture-by-Picture (a project that would enable viewers to watch a stream while an ad was playing) reducing bounce rate of viewers from streams and increasing overall engagement of viewers who watch ads on a stream

* Maintain existing Golang microservices that manage ad delivery, and ad declines (reasons a viewer should not receive ads)

* Worked on Evernote webclient (https://evernote.com/client/web)

* Helped with the React+Redux rebuild of our webclient which was previously on Google Web Toolkit

* Work closely with service backend API teams to help define new APIs (as well as prototyping the first iteration of Evernote's flagship business product Spaces (https://evernote.com/business/spaces))

* Notable features I've worked on include Spaces, drag-and-drop, analytics integration with Tealium, performance optimizations for users who have large accounts, component library using Storybook

* Help define onboarding process for the Web team and lead onboarding workshops for new Web engineers to help them get started on React, Redux
