Design is an exchange of inspiration; one becomes inspired and in return, gives the gift of inspiration. I was first inspired by my grandfather, a designer, tailor and photographer. Some of my earliest memories include the smell of oil paint and the sharp poke of a sewing needle. There was a natural curiosity within me to learn more about this thing they called ‘art.’ Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I found a calming sensation in using my eyes and hands to create. 

There is no limit to one’s imagination. There are endless ways to communicate a vision or message. Through design, I embrace this freedom and encourage myself to discover new solutions. Design is a powerful tool that can leave an everlasting impact. I hope to leave my creative footprint on society and I yearn to inspire. The possibilities of expression are infinite. Design begins with a touch of inspiration and can only grow from there.
