Currently a member of the New Products team, which is an incubator within Klaviyo that targets new verticals with products built in-house.

Products that I have helped launch:
- Klaviyo Reviews - founding team member, built most of the early backend system, drove execution of many feature requests that were rolled out after our closed beta (internationalization of widgets, exposing APIs for developers, custom CSS). Served as technical product owner (TPO) and drove BFCM preparation efforts.
- Klaviyo Helpdesk - my current team. I am currently working on table-stakes features to grow Klaviyo Helpdesk into a product that can compete with Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, and others.
