Created UX flows, designed interfaces, and worked closely with stakeholders and collaborated with multiple teams across 15+ projects for platform implementation.

Developed and managed design style guide and component library for use across the platform’s design.

Designed and led the visions of a 0-1 dashboard to help external cyber security experts improve their client’s risk posture. This dashboard increased customer engagement with an engagement rate of 15-20%.

• Conducted user interviews with 8 targeted users towards the design for a pharmaceutical company to enable patient freedom in obtaining their prescription.

• Created product design flow from devised personas, conducted C&C analysis, site-mapping, and other methods of user research. Collaborated with stakeholders to create content and product strategies.

• Lead interaction design and designed wireframes, mid-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using our research. Devised and implemented atomic design system using material design UI.

• Conducted usability testing with 6 participants to iterate upon mid and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Project managed and coordinated a neuroscience research study, using EEG for assessing the effectiveness of a brain training program. The project was proven to have statistically significant results in increased neurocognitive performance, with a 12% avg. increase in brain speed amongst participants.
