At Organic, I worked with the Affiliate team to deliver a SaaS product for creating and managing affiliate links. Collaborating with cross-functional and client teams, I ensured requirements were met while optimizing the user experience to its fullest potential.

As the most senior React-focused software engineer, I had the pleasure of mentoring junior engineers, providing them with code reviews and feedback. I was also tasked with reviewing the majority of the React PRs across the variety of teams to ensure that high-quality code was consistently produced and that best practices were always being followed.

Furthermore, I was actively involved in promoting unit and integration testing through React Testing Library, contributing to the development of more reliable and maintainable code. I worked with the team to convert existing JavaScript to TypeScript, making the codebase more robust and easier to manage.

Throughout the agile development process, I was heavily involved in team meetings, collaborating to contribute to the overall success of the engineering team at Organic.
