As the sole visual designer at Ease, I was accountable for advocating for design across the company, building design processes and timelines, and contributing to strategic design decisions in collaboration with executive leadership. My responsibilities included:

• Developed the identity guidelines and design system, promoting its adoption to bring consistency and support to all departments

• Produced high-quality visual design, from concept to implementation, in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams

• Collaborated with engineering to redesign Ease's website for a ReactJS Framework, providing quality assurance checks throughout development to ensure a high-quality launch

As a designer within the global creative team, I was responsible for all stages of design, thinking strategically while executing objectives and demonstrating great attention to detail. My work at Mercer included:

• Partnered with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to develop the Voice on Growth brand and website, championing for the user in every design decision whilst meeting business goals ultimately seeing 400k+ new subscribers within two months of launch

• Collaborated with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Editors, and Clients to produce high-quality designs and campaigns, from concept to implementation, across diverse media (digital, print, environmental)

Working as a visual designer alongside a 30+ person product and marketing team, I assisted with the following:

• Established a new illustration style implemented across the company resulting in improved user delight and increased ad CTR by over 400%

• Developed the design rationale and explained visual choices to cross-functional teams; expressing concepts verbally and visually

• Assisted project managers, designers, and architects in the development and application of strategic wayfinding and signage systems—always advocating for accessibility and the end-user

• Constructed signage in 3D with a high-quality understanding of form, color, type, layout, materiality and space
